Al Khaleej Sugar uses RHEWUM RIUS Screens

04.03.2013, Dubai

In 2012 RHEWUM was awarded to supply a High-Performance Screening Machine, type RIUS.

Task of the screening machine is to prevent sugar agglomerates before the silo storage. Challenge was to realize a required screening capacity of 250 t/h at a separation of 10 mm below an existing roof over a sugar silo. Here, a flat sieve (gyratory) was replaced, which did not reach the required parameters due to space constraints.
