First stage of our Roadshow India 2018

In April, we started our roadshow across India to show our customers and prospect the performance of our screening machines. The first stage is now behind us and was a complete success. We were able to present our versatile RHEWUM screening technology to 15 companies from the fertilizer, sugar and sand industry.

With our WA (U) mobile screening machine, our colleagues in India have not only provided their hosts with theoretical know-how, but have also been able to give hands-on examples of screening fertilizers, sand and sugar, and that's what counted.

In this way, we were able to show one of our customers in the fertilizer industry how he can increase his phosphate screening productivity by 25% without having to change existing processes. With considerable savings in electricity and maintenance costs, as well as a screen purity of around 97% (i.e. in the case of material <150 microns), we exited our customer.

Various sand producers also received demonstrations on how to screen fine dust (<75 microns) from crushed sand and thereby produce plaster sand according to IS Specification IS 1542:1992. Again, we were able to score points with particularly low electricity and maintenance costs, as well as low standstill and the absence of water during the production.

In our product demonstration for sugar, we convinced our customers above all with the excellent results in terms of different product requirements that could be achieved with just one screening machine.
