The optimal screening machine for your individual task

The RHEWUM technical center offers the possibility to carry out sieving tests with your materials in order to design the perfect screening machine for you. In the last 45 years, we have been able to carry out more than 6,500 sieving tests and have thereby acquired a considerable expertise. All screening machines produced by us are available in a smaller format in our technical center for your test sieving.

By carrying out sieving tests, we are able to ensure the achievability of your requirements and compare our results with your actual production data. Please feel free to visit us and convince yourself of the efficiency of our screening machines. 

How does a sieving test at the RHEWUM technology center actually work?

  • You send a sample of your material to RHEWUM GmbH in Remscheid.
  • First, we examine your material with regard to its characteristics such as particle size distribution, bulk density, water content, etc.
  • Based on this analysis and our experience, we are able to make initial machine recommendations.
  • Then, we determine a suitable feed rate for the corresponding test machine in the technology center, which depends on the flow chart and the planned machine size at your site.
  • After a series of tests, the particle size distributions of the fractions obtained are measured and compared with customer requirements.
  • At the end, we will provide you with a detailed report including the recommended machine design for your specific screening task.

If you would like to get a sieving test for your material, the first day of the test is free of charge for you. You only have to pay the costs for the material shipping.

Do you produce under special conditions that we cannot reproduce in our technology center? No problem - we would be happy to come to your production facility with a rental screening machine and carry out the tests directly on site. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
